Boiling water attack: Teen left with burns all over body over alleged PlayStation theft - photos

An Atlanta teen was left with burns and scars across more than 70 percent of his body after a pair of vindictive men attacked him with a pot of boiling rice, according to a WSBTV report.

Damon Clay, 18, was fast asleep last Monday morning when the two men, ostensibly buddies of Clay, confronted him.

"They were friends. Everybody was supposed to be friends," neighbor Laprell Grant told WSBTV.

The duo, Quintavious Barber, 19, and Malik Moton, 18, reportedly accused Rice of stealing a Playstation 3 and hurled a pot of boiling water onto the unconscious teen.

"He's scarred for the rest of his life. His life will never be the same," Clay's aunt told the station.

Those scars were so serious doctors had to put Clay, who is reportedly still recovering, in a medically induced coma.

The teen had recently been released from a stint in jail for a burglary to enter into a three-month program meant to keep him out of trouble.
