- Mr. Oktar,  scientists found fossils of sulphur bacteria dating back  2.3 billion years in Australia. They examined the fossil with the cutting-edge technology like stereoscopy  and laser scanning and discovered that it is completely identical to sulphur bacteria found on the coast of South America in 2007.  This bacteria decomposes sulphur. This bacteria hasn't evolved for nearly half the history of Earth,  and decomposes sulphur, which is a poisonous chemical in the deep sea and makes it harmless.  The scientist William Schopf, who examined the fossil, makes the following admission in the article published in the Journal of American National Academy of Sciences: ‘It is unbelievable that this fossil, which is almost half the age of the world, hasn’t evolved. ‘ Professor Malcolm Walter of  New South Wales University also said that this fossil is completely identical to its living counterparts. ‘Bacteria that we see insi
