Here's a alternate & most efficient method of downloading, Installing Games & App on to your Nokia Lumia & HTC Windows Phone 8.1.

Here what your have to do to install games from SD card

1)Firstly, Download the XAP file of your app or game from WindowsPhone.com
2)Paste the XAP file onto your SD card as shown in the above video.
3)Restart your phone.
4)Wait for 2 to 3 minutes.
5)Go to Store and click on bottom right corner ... you will find "install local apps".
6)Click that and install the game/app.
