Olly Murs and Caroline Flack have been confirmed as the new presenters of X factor. The Duo previously worked together presenting spin off show 'the xtra factor' and they must have been a match made in heaven as they are now set to replace Dermot O'Leary.
It seems the new hosts have been getting a few tips, Caroline posted on her instagram a photograph on the threesome, captioned "Love this photo.. Had to much encouragement from @radioleary. He the man" .
