South Africa: Foreigners flee after attacks

Mozambique and Malawi say they will help their citizens flee South Africa after a series of xenophobic attacks that have left hundreds camping out on sports fields. Also, low turnout prompts an extra day of elections in Sudan, a move that has further angered the opposition. This is the first ballot since South Sudan broke away in 2011.
