Mother’s Bee Swatting Results In Her Twin Toddlers’ Drowning Deaths

In a heartbreaking story, 18-month old twin brothers drowned in a local Arizona canal when their mother released their stroller to swat a bee, and it ended up rolling into the rapid water with the two boys strapped inside.

In a heartbreaking story out of Arizona, 18-month old twin brothers recently drowned in an irrigation canal while still strapped in their stroller. 

According to the Yuma Police Department, their mother Alexis Keslar, was pushing her sons Silas and Eli in a jogging stroller along the waterway when she stopped to swat away a bee. 

The stroller rolled into the canal and Alexis jumped in to save them, but was deterred by the depth and speed of the water, and the steep canal walls.
