Japanese idol groups: J-pop group ‘Happening Girls’ will date fans, Ryujin Kiyoshi 25 are married

Japanese pop music stars usually forbid idols from being in a relationship. One idol was even sued recently simply because she was dating someone.
However, the J-pop girl group “Happening Girls” (which is a temporary name for the group) are breaking the old rule and are allowing its members to date their fans, a move that is causing quite a rise among male fans.
The bikini-clad idols are hosting a reality show to weed through suitors looking to audition for their attention and affection. After a performance, band members will get paired up ‘blind-date-style’ with their nerdy fans.
If they happen to get along with the fans, they’ll be allowed to schedule a private date or exchange contact info. What if their relationship get serious and they want to get married? No problem, the idols agency will also help plan a sweet wedding for them!
Another group Ryujin Kiyoshi 25 made the unverified claim that all their female members are married to their male producer. They may have just said this to promote their new album.
