Indecent exposure samurai plays with his sword in the park

In central Japan’s Hyogo Prefecture, police arrested two men in a park for public exposure.
The man and his roommate went to a park near their residence and one of them exposed his “fleshy sword” to a group of middle schoolers, while the other man recorded everything with his camera phone.
