A mother living in New Taipei City put her two children, a five-year old boy and his baby sister just one and a half, down for a nap together.

The woman, surnamed Ye, went back a little later to check on the two and to move the baby into her crib when she discovered her little boy had rolled over on top of his baby sister! The baby was limp and unresponsive, so she called the emergency services who instructed her to perform CPR until paramedics arrived.

Unfortunately, the mother and paramedics were unable to revive the little girl. She was pronounced dead from suffocation at the hospital.
