Chinese toilet sex? Public bathroom locked, man needs to go, couple inside getting busy

In Jiangxi province, located in southeastern China, a man identified by his last name, Li, and a few friends were having drinks at a local restaurant.
After a few or several beers, Mr. Li decided that it was time to go to the loo.
Sadly, the restaurant only had one bathroom and after waiting for several frustrated minutes Mr. Li started knocking and then pounding on the door of the bathroom demanding that the jerk inside hurry it up!
Mr. Li was relieved when the door finally opened and a man and a woman stepped out. Apparently, they’d also been unable to wait until they got home to ‘do it’.
Mr. Li dashed inside to take care of business, probably too relieved to be shocked at the couple stepping out of the restroom.
Only, after Mr. Li returned to his table the man from the bathroom demanded to know if he’d been the one pounding on the door. Mr. Li’s response was: “So? What of it?”
The man then smashed a beer bottle over Mr. Li’s head, saying something to the equivalent of: “You want to bang on the door while I’m trying to bang my woman?! Let me show you how to knock properly!”
He then proceeded to demonstrate on Mr. Li’s head, sending Mr. Li to the hospital with a concussion and multiple lacerations on his head and face.
All that just because he wanted to hit the john?
