Panty snatcher: Lingerie fetishist assaults and steals underwear off woman in the street

A 24-year Japanese woman was recently assaulted on her way to an Internet cafe.

Her attacker was a man between the age of 20-30 who slammed into her from behind. He grabbed hold of her legs as both of them tumbled to the ground.

The man then reached under the woman’s skirt, yanked off her panties and took off running down the street with his ill-gotten prize.

After picking herself up off the ground the woman went to the nearest restaurant from where she called the police.

Police are investigating the incident and are on the look out for the aggressive panty snatcher.
