Kevin Pillar is the latest Blue Jays player to suffer a freak injury this spring. The outfielder injured himself sneezing. Pillar told reporters he felt a sharp pain in his right side after sneezing during the Blue Jays’ annual exhibition game against Canada’s national junior team.
