Created to showcase flavors typical of Asia such as jasmine tea and mandarin oranges, the Jasmine Mandarin Sour is also a good example of a twist on a classic. Using a sour base, Simon layers on vodka infused with jasmine tea and the robust flavor of Absolut Mandarin to create a modern experience of the classic sour.

Recipe:
3/4 - 1 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
one egg white
2 oz Jasmine Tea Infused Abslout Mandarin Vodka
Instructions:
Dry shake or whip ingredients to emulsify.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange peel.
