A few months ago, I created a look for Pretty Little Liar's star, Lucy Hale in Us Weekly . It was a double cat eye...dark on the top and lighter on the bottom. Lucy can pull off anything and she always looks amazing!! So I thought I would show you what I did...I changed the colors a little but it's the same outline. Also, I put a little bolder lip on me. But you get the idea. ENJOY.
