When I was thinking about conquering red eyeliner I was thinking about eyeshadows. You may have noticed that I mention that the eyeshadows are cool toned. If you watched my blue eyeliner video (wayyy back in the day) you may have noticed I used warm tone eyeshadows to balance the blue eyeliner. I used the same principle here, since the red eyeliner is so warm we gotta balance with with the cool toned eyeshadows.
