When life gets busy (as it tends to), a cluttered mind makes us vulnerable to feeling anxious and overwhelmed. These emotions can make you to freak out over things that could otherwise be avoided, and feel like it's the end of the world when things don't go as planned. This is how I deal with my rage when the occasional breakdown is unavoidable. Life is short, so I try to set myself up for happiness, and come up with methods to deal with inevitable downfalls. Also, I meant that we are like dogs in that we have a sort of feral energy that takes over, I didn't mean to imply that dogs are rational thinkers :P.
