Adorable Easter Kit Kats Invade Japan!! - Food Feeder
  • 9 years ago
Japan is the world leader in Kit Kat flavor innovation. It’s true. Time Magazine has declared it so** And to keep that streak going, Nestle Japan has debuted Easter-themed Kit Kat Flavors. Complete with 6 times your daily allowance of CUTE.

**Not actually true.

The Easter-themed Kit Kat Flavors are Apple Pie, for some reason, and Carrot. The flavors were chosen by people writing in suggestions to Nestle Japan, which, as the Lay’s Do Us a Flavor contest has shown us, is pretty much the worst way to choose food flavors in the history of ever. Regardless, Japanese Kit Kats have a pretty strong track record where we’re concerned, so we guess they can do what they like.

If the flavors don’t entice you to buy, perhaps the adorable bunny designs on the Kit Kat bars themselves will: each is adorned with a very special Easter-themed design - collect all 13! One design is quite rare - only one in 30 bars has the “Lucky Easter” design on it. You don’t win anything for finding it. You’re just, y’know, lucky.

Do Apple Pie or Carrot Kit Kats sound good to you? What flavors would you have picked for Easter Candy? Do you live in Japan - have you tried these Kit Kats? What did you think? What’s your favorite Easter Candy?
