The Soyuz TMA-16M attached to the Soyuz-FG third stage were mated to the second and first stages of the Soyuz-FG rocket ahead of roll out to the launch pad at Baikonur. The rocket will blast Soyuz Commander Gennady Padalka and Flight Engineer Mikhail Kornienko of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) and NASA Flight Engineer Scott Kelly to the International Space Station later this month.
