Muhammad Amir Return match after ban from International cricket

Amir was 1 of 3 Pakistani players banned from the game for at least 5 years for planning no-balls to order in a Test against England at Lord’s in 2010.

He was jailed in Britain in 2011, along with former captain Salman Butt and also Fast bowler Mohammad Asif.

Amir’s ban was because of expire on September 2, but the International Cricket Council used discretionary powers to permit him to go back to domestic cricket early, mentioning his early admission of shame and also cooperation with anti-corruption authorities.

After hearing the news, he promised to become a “better player and much better human being”.
