Apparent for the Benz to foray into the number game, mass commuter MPV B-Class is now launched with a facelift for starting price of almost Rs 28 lakh.
However, the party for this small yet Big Benz is now under the hood with a more powerful 2.1-litre diesel engine jagged up to 134bhp. And the petrol unit of 1.6-litre remains identical.
Talking of the cosmetic changes carried out, new LED headlamps, front bumper and grille comes up at first glance. Turning to the rear, fresh set of tail lamps bags major part along with minute chrome on the lower bumper. Now, the cabin hosts steering-wheel covered in leather lifted from the new C-Class, a 7-inch screen housed for the new COMAND system, and brand new instrument cluster.
Though, this sea of change may make it to push harder in the segment, but pricing tends to play a spoilsport for it largely, which the Benz needs to work out very strategically.
