An independent investigation has revealed that St. Lucia police acted unlawfully in a spate of recent fatal shootings. Prime Minister Kenny Anthony announced the report's findings to the nation on Sunday and said they were extremely damning. The report recommends that the police officers responsible be brought to trial, by this depends on a decision by the Public Prosecutor's Office.
