Man Arrested with Weed in Container Labeled 'Not Weed'

A man in Nebraska says he was writing a joke to himself when he wrote 'not weed' on a sour cream container he was using to hold weed. The cops were not surprised to find weed inside. Patrick Jones (@Patrick_E_Jones) explains.
