RetroPie: Using Neo Geo on a Raspberry Pi

Here is a basic guide to getting Neo Geo roms working with RetroPie 2.3. Very similar for 2.6.0 etc..

Note that you dont need the bios zip in that last directory shown on the video, it seems fine without it.
