An (Ab)Normal Day in Adrenaline Alley with Alex Coleborn | Captured: Alex Coleborn BMX, Ep. 2

It's easy to imagine that the lives of adventure athletes are like something out of a Batman comic. The truth is that they are a bit more prosaic, but only a bit.
A normal day for BMXer Alex Coleborn means eating right, plenty of stretching, and of course, more than a little park riding. Alex brings us into his home and introduces us to his little, black pooch as he cooks up a delicious lunch. Then he stretches, pads up, and heads to a private session at his local park, Adrenaline Alley, which closes like Willy Wonka's chocolate factory every Wednesday to allow pros to get wild inside.
This is where things get less normal, unless you consider massive airs, super technical variations, and a brand new move 'normal'. In which case, it's just another day in the office.
