Here's a DIY recipe for Limoncello!











Ingredients:
10 lemons
2 750 ML bottles of vodka
3 cups granulated sugar
4 cups water
Directions:
1. Remove zest from lemons with vegetable peeler
2. Combine peels with vodka in large pitcher
3. Cover and keep in cool, dark place for 5 days
4. Strain and discard zest
5. Simmer sugar and the water in large saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves (4 to 6 minutes)
6. Let cool
7. Stir into vodka mixture
8. Refrigerate
