How to Make Healthy Fruit Snacks

Make some healthy fruit snacks for your kids or guests with this delicious SheKnows food how-to!







Ingredients:
• 1 3/4 cups Organic Strawberry
• 3/4 cup Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
• 2 tbsp. honey
• 1/4 cup Unflavored Gelatin
Instructions:
1. Combine strawberry and lemon juice, and honey in a blender and puree
2. Strain the mixture to remove seeds
3. Pour the mixture into a nonstick saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin overtop and let it sit for 5 minutes.
4. Wisk out any large gelatin lumps
5. Bring to a boil while constantly stirring
6. Remove from heat once it has boiled for 30 seconds
7. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes so the foam/bubbles have a chance to go away,
8. Scoop the mixture into your molds of choice
9. Let the molds cool on the counter for about an hour,
10. Then place them in the fridge. Refrigerate until firm.
11. Serve
