Emile Hirsch Charged With Third Degree Felony Aggravated Assault

Emile Hirsch has been charged with third degree felony aggravated assault after allegedly putting a woman in a chokehold outside a night club during the Sundance Film Festival. Emile is said to have consumed large amounts of alcohol at the time, and has no memory of the incident. He is currently in rehab.
