After an all-nighter in Minsk, it was on to Brussels. The leaders of France and Germany arrived at an EU summit with the terms of a tenuous deal to stop total war in Ukraine in hand. The guns aren't even scheduled to go quiet until Sunday, and mututal mistrust is in no short supply. There's also the matter of new the Greek prime minister's friendly overtures to Russia, seen by many as more than a simple attempt at leverage in Athens' bid for more debt relief. Can Europe keep it together?
