28-yr-old brutalised in Rohtak

The Nirbhaya incident shook the consciousness of the nation despite all the clamour over growing cases of crimes against women and the increasing apathy from the system. Two years on, unfortunately, the gruesome Rohtak rape shamed the nation again. More importantly, highlighting the fact that more than 'tough acts' it is 'tough action' on ground that is the need of the hour.
