Birdman, Eddie Redmayne And Julianne Moore Win Big At The Screen Actors Guild Awards

After a weekend of glitzy ceremonies the awards season is well and truly underway. Flying away with top honours at the Screen Actors Guild Awards was Birdman, winning the award for best Cast In A Motion Picture. Following on from their Golden Globes success Julianne Moore, for her performance in Still Alice, and Eddie Redmayne, for his portrayal of Steven Hawking in The Theory of Everything, took home the Lead Actor awards. Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role went to Patricia Arquette for her performance in the epic Boyhood. And the male equivalent went to J.K Simmons for Whiplash.
