On Sunday evening, Wilfork was headed home following the game with Indianapolis when he spotted an overturned Jeep near Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
Wilfork immediately stopped, got out of his own vehicle and checked on the female driver. Troopers were dispatched to the scene and upon arrival, they found the football star standing next to the new Jeep Wrangler while interacting with the driver, who was unable to climb out on her own.
