First Blood is best known as the first Rambo movie. As a major launching point in Sylvester Stallone’s career. But before all that, First Blood was a novel by David Morrell. We look at both side-by-side, and tell you: “What’s the Difference?”

A lot changed between the 1972 Canadian psychological thriller novel “First Blood” about a disgruntled and murderous vet named Rambo and the 1982 American film of the same name about . a less murderous Vietnam vet named John Rambo.
