A woman in Florida has been accused of attempting to hire a hit man to murder her husband. According to police, 47-year-old Tanya Demirhan offered the titles to four automobiles, include a 2012 Ford pizza delivery van, payment for the murder.

She reportedly agreed to pay a man 10 thousand dollars to end her husband, Atilla Demirhan's, life, but claimed she didn’t have cash at the moment. Tanya and the male agreed that she would transfer four vehicles into his name as a form of payment.

During negotiations, she was unaware that she was conspiring with an undercover detective, not an actual hit man. She reportedly told the investigator she wanted the murder done very soon, and to "have fun" before thanking him.

Detectives soon pulled her over and told her there was an incident with her spouse. She was transported to the police station where cops fictitiously told her Atilla was dead before they confronted and interviewed her.

Tanya denied having any knowledge of the murder-for-hire plot. She was arrested on charges of “Solicitation to Commit 1st Degree Murder and Unlawful Use of a 2-way Communication Device.”

Polk Sheriff's deputies were tipped off about Tanya’s alleged intentions after she spoke to someone about hiring a hit man for her husband.

That witness quickly told police about the conversation. Tanya and her husband have been married for 17 years and own a pizza parlor together.
