Native homeland threatened by Israel project

Plans by the Israeli government to develop the Negev desert are threatening the unique way of life of Palestinian Bedouins. Many families will be forced to resettle into government-designated towns. Israel says the development of the land will provide public services. However, the majority of Bedouin say they do not want to leave their ancestral homeland.
