Bolivia: 11,000 hectares of coca eliminated

Bolivian President Evo Morales reported on major progress made in 2014 in the fight against drug trafficking. He announced that 11,000 hectares of coca plants had been destroyed, and a further 5,000 drug processing facilities dismantled. Morales attributed the progress to the policy of putting the fight against the drug trade firmly in the hands of Bolivians. teleSUR
