Bolivian Educators meet to Evaluate the New Ed. System

The third school year under Bolivia's new education model has come to a close, and more than a thousand education representatives have gathered to evaluate the new model's implementation. Bolivia's Minister of Education Roberto Aguilar is overseeing the conference.
