Sony hackers urge movie release halt

A group that says it was behind a cyberattack on Sony's Hollywood studios says it's demanding the cancellation of this movie's release.
"The Interview" is described as a comedy about a plot to assassinate North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
A letter posted on a file-sharing site on Monday said it was "a movie of terrorism which can break regional peace and cause the war."
It was signed by the Guardians of Peace group.
The letter also said the group was not responsible for a threatening email sent to Sony staff on December 5th.
North Korea has denounced the movie, calling it undisguised sponsoring of terrorism and an act of war, but denies involvement in the hacking attack.
The movie is due for release in the U.S. and Canada on December 25th.
