Social entrepreneurs in Germany and elsewhere are proving that people don't always have to turn to the state when they need assistance. The work that they do is diverse - from building village community centers to helping young mothers to juggle childrearing and job training. Heinz Frey is one such social entrepreneur. His goal is to save villages in the Rhein region that are in danger of dying out.
