After the first chargesheet filed on October 22 that named sitting TMC MP Kunal Ghosh, the second CBI chargesheet in the Saradha scam case comes as a downer. With no top TMC politicians named, the opposition's cry that Mamata Banerjee's govt is defending top names only grows louder.
