Two men in the UK have been arrested following a high speed chase. A dash cam inside an officer’s squad car captured bags of heroin being thrown from the suspects’ car, as it flew down the busy highway.

The incident occurred in July of this year, but footage of it was just made public after the males were sentenced in court.

The man behind the wheel, later identified as 31-year-old Paul Duckworth weaved in and out of lanes during the pursuit and reportedly hit speeds of 120 miles per hour. The other suspect in the passenger seat of the Mazda 6 , 25-year-old Mohamed Kabbar allegedly tossed two heroin-filled bags out his window.

The chase lasted nearly a half an hour. The Mazda only stopped after a patron car darted out in front of it and pushed it towards the grassy terrain.

Police later searched the motorway and recovered two packages of heroin, valued at more than $365,000. In interviews with cops, both Kabbar and Duckworth admitted to driving and drug offenses.

Duckworth was said to be an addict who transported drugs to pay off outstanding debts. He was sentenced to 15 months behind bars.

Kabbar received a prison term of five years for possession with intent to supply heroin.
