Paralysed man walks again after pioneering surgery

A man who was paralysed from the chest down in a knife attack in 2010, has been able to walk again. Derek Fidyka had pioneering surgery which involved transplanting cells from his nasal cavity into his spinal cord. Report by Hoodl.
