“Surfing quality waves in Italy is not easy.You have to be always ready to chase the best deal. Don’t think, eat fast and rush into the sea! Those waves could end anytime.”

Eat & Go!, the Vans Italy surf trip motto, followed the team from Liguria to Tuscany chasing a summer swell. The guys were called last minute and had to travel kilometers to get together for two days pursuing fun and the best surfing.

A quick breakfast, check the spots, start a session. A sandwich, then another session. A fast dinner, everybody goes to sleep to wake up early and be ready by the dawn. Filippo Orso, Mattia Morri, and Angelo Bonomelli found the best conditions at Levanto during the first day of shooting, with powerful and barreling waves. The day after, the troops moved southbound, on the Lillatro white beaches, where longboarder Alessandro Ponzanelli joined the group. Smaller but excellent waves for a perfect fun session.

Now excuse us but we have to jump into the sea, another swell is coming!
