Kesha sues producer Dr. Luke, Witherspoon premieres "Wild"

Kesha has sued pop hit-making music producer Dr. Luke to let her out of her record contract, accusing him of sexual, physical, verbal and emotional abuse. The pop star has been under contract to record for Dr. Luke's music production company and record label since 2005. Dr. Luke has struck back, however, filing his own suit against the singer - accusing Kesha of trying to extort him and making up stories in order to get out of her contract.

Reese Witherspoon walked a rain-soaked red carpet in London for the European premiere of her latest film, "Wild." The Oscar-winning actress was all smiles - until she almost took a tumble on the carpet, but quickly regained composure. "Wild" hits theaters in December.
