The Graduate - What To Watch Before You Die
  • 10 years ago
One word for you: Plastics. Six words: Watch The Graduate Before You Die. Seriously, this movie is one of the all-time greats. It’s on everyone’s must-watch list for a reason.

Everything, from the spot-on performances by Anne Bancroft and a very young Dustin Hoffman, the soundtrack by Simon & Garfunkel, and the artful use of cinematography and montage makes this a great film. But it’s the fact that the audience can relate to main character Benjamin’s directionless angst (even if they can’t relate to his specific situation) that makes this a great watch.
