Justin Bieber got into a scuffle with the paparazzi on Tuesday, Sept. 30, in Paris, and he appeared to punch a photographer. You heard that right. Justin Bieber and his crew were photographed trying to clear the paparazzi out of their way as they entered their hotel in Paris, France on Sept. 30. Unfortunately, things quickly got out of hand. The “Baby” singer appeared to throw at least one punch during the heated altercation.
