Salman Casts Wrestler ‘Varinder Singh Ghuman’ For ‘Gama Pehalwan’

Remember we told you that Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will produce a Gama Pehelwan biopic? Well, with plenty of sports biopic movies such as Mary Kom and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag are tasting the commercial success, we hear that the Kick actor is planning to encourage wrestling through his film.
And, it doesn’t come as a surprise that the Dabangg dude has approached WWE wrestlers for the movie, isn’t it? Anyways…Sallu offered a pivotal role to one of the first vegetarian wrestlers - Varinder Singh Ghuman in Gama Pehelwan.
Initially, Salman offered him the role for ‘Sher Khan’, but the project got delayed due to certain issues. Not to forget even John Abraham is keen on producing a film on wrestling.
