Sister of accused Boston Marathon bombers pleads not guilty to bomb threat

A heated welcome at a New York court for Aliana Tsarnaev, the sister of the accused Boston Marathon bombers.

As she entered, members of the public hurled insults, insinuating that she's linked to al Qaeda.

Inside, she pleaded not guilty to charges she made a threatening phone call to a woman, telling her she could, quote, "put a bomb where you live."

She faces two counts of aggravated harassment in the second degree.

If convicted, she faces up to a year in jail.

Her brothers, Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, are accused of killing three people and wounding more than 260 after detonating pressure cooker bombs at the Boston Marathon.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was captured several days later and faces terrorism charges while Tamerlan was killed in a police shoot-out.
