North Korean media says leader Kim Jong Un 'in discomfort'

North Korean media has for the first time revealed leader Kim Jong Un’s health problems. Speculation followed recent appearances where he walked with a limp and had put on weight. State TV said he was in “discomfort”.
His elder brother, father and grandfather suffered from gout, and the 31 year-old is reportedly a heavy smoker. A South Korean media source says he also suffers from diabetes and high blood pressure.
