Police Issue Arrest Warrant for Last Person Seen with Missing Student Hannah Graham

Police have issued an arrest warrant for Jesse Matthew, the last person to be seen with missing University of Virginia student Hannah Graham. He turned himself in to police Saturday, but left after speaking to a lawyer and failed to talk to police. The warrant is for reckless driving charges for when he left the police station.
