Human rights groups push for policies to help identify victims

Less than 10% of the more than 15,000 missing Peruvians from the violent decades between the 80's and 2000 have been found and identified. It is estimated that at the current pace it would take the goverment up to 7 decades to identify all the bodies.TeleSUR
